Kate is a founding member of Station Athletics for Her when it opened in 2018. She has been a
consistent member at the gym, working out with an unlimited membership and during one of her
many pregnancies. If you know Kate, you know her four beautiful daughters and her husband
Kevin who is also a member at Sparta Station Athletics. They firmly believe in acting as models
to their daughters in promoting a healthy balance of working hard, family time, fitness
and fun.

Kate was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer after finding a lump in May. Her biggest piece
of advice is to never wait for the “time to get a mammogram”.
Find your baseline. She was urged to get a mastectomy right away and has already recovered. But Kate is not out of the clear yet. With her age, health and four daughters to consider- she has been recommended for rounds of chemo, immunotherapy, and possible radiation. This will delay her next reconstruction for 6 months to a year. During this time, Kate will be out of work to focus on beating cancer.

Thank you to EVERYONE on behalf of the Brady family who have already contributed generous donations and have supported Kate and Kevin. They still have a long road ahead of them, and in true fashion we never let anyone finish or struggle alone.
